All rentals are subject to Terms & Conditions. Clients will be asked to confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions for before submitting any vehicle reservation for hire. These Terms and Conditions are a part of the Rental Agreement and will be issued or attached to each rental agreement. Confirming acceptance certifies that you have read, agree and understand all terms and conditions stated for your rental agreement.

• The rental invoice is payable upon presentation, including a security deposit of $300.00 to be used in the event of loss or damage to the rental vehicle.

• The Lessor hereby leases the vehicle to the Lessee in its present condition and to the Lessee's entire satisfaction at the rate agreed.

• All drivers must possess a full, valid driving license.

• The lessee agrees that the vehicle will not be operated by anyone younger than 25 years old or in an illegal, reckless or for any abusive manner

• Lessee shall return the vehicle with a full tank.

• The Lessee agrees to return the vehicle at the time specified in the contract.

• In the event of theft or accident, the Lessee must immediately report to the Lessor and the police.

• The Lessee is fully liable for the vehicle, as a result of a theft, damage, act of god, collision, fire, gross negligence. theft, vandalism regardless of fault.

• Lessee is is fully liable for glass, tires and rims and any interior damage.

• The vehicle is insured against bodily injury and property damage up to the limits imposed by our road traffic ordinance. A copy of the policy is available inside the vehicle.

• In the event the Lessee loses the key, $350.00 will be charged to the Lessee.

• Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.  There will be a fine of $200.00 for smoking in the vehicle.

• Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Lessor for any loss, damage, or legal actions against Lessor as a result of Lessee's operation or use of the vehicle during the term of this car rental agreement.  This includes any attorney fees necessarily incurred for these purposes.  Renter will also pay for any parking tickets, moving violations or other citations received while in possession for the rented vehicle.
